Having an account with MICHAELA.COM.PH will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you proceed to checkout.
 
You also have the option to shop via guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or track your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.

By creating an account, you will be able to:

  • Forget Password & Reset Password:

Go to the Sign In page and input your email address in the Lost Your Password field. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Simply click the link in your email to reset your password.

You can also Sign Into your account and go to Account Details to change your password. 

Sign in to your account, head to Account Details and you can then edit/update your particulars.

HOW TO SHOP

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from MICHAELA.COM.PH within 15 minutes informing you that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes (please ensure the email was not sent to your junk folder), it means we have not received your order and no payment has been received by MICHAELA.COM.PH. You will then need to place a new order.
 
We recommend that you create an account to enjoy faster checkout, one-stop viewing of your current order status and past purchases, and to save your favourite items in a personalised wish list.
 
If you placed the order through your account, you can locate it on Orders under My Account. Please contact us at support@michaela.com.ph for further assistance.

Please check the invoice that was included in your package. If there is any missing item(s), contact us at support@michaela.com.ph.
 
All orders will be fulfilled based on availability stock. If a particular product in your order does not meet our quality checks or is out of stock, your order will be processed with the remaining item(s). Item(s) not included will be refunded accordingly.

To view your order information and history, sign in to your account, go to Orders and and you will see all your orders. Click the View button, you can see your order and billing details.


The followed Tracking Information section allows you to track the logistic information; Simply click the 'Track Your Order' button and goes to your Express provider tracking page, where you will check the status of your express.


If you have opted for guest checkout, you can view your order information via the confirmation email sent to you. Please contact us at support@michaela.com.ph for further assistance.

Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to amend the size/colour of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change delivery address and or the payment mode.

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@michaela.com.ph (Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or message us on our Facebook page (MICHAELA Philippines).

Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours upon ordering. 

All orders, including cancelled orders, will be recorded in your purchase history. To reorder, sign in to your account, go to Orders, locate the View Order Details button that corresponds to your order. You can view the items you have cancelled and add click the product title, then it will go to the product page, you add it to your shopping cart again.

All items that you previously added into your shopping bag under your account will remain in your Shopping Cart until you have successfully placed the order or removed the item(s) from it.

Placing an item in your Shopping Cart does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. Complete the Checkout process to ensure you get your item(s).

If your order was cancelled and your payment was captured, you will be refunded via your original payment mode. Please allow up to 14 working days for payment to be refunded. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. After we have refunded you, it might take up to 7 working days or more to see it reflected in your account. This depends on your payment services provider. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, contact your payment processor directly for assistance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field. 

If you want to ship different address from you billing address, you should scroll down to tick the checkbox SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? and enter the address information before you Checkout.

Most of our delivery agents make 3 attempts to deliver a parcel and they may require a signature upon delivery of parcel. It is generally up to the delivery agent’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given contact number to rearrange for another delivery date. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to MICHAELA.

ORDER & PAYMENT

MICHAELA.COM.PH accepts payments using Paymongo, which includes all major payment methods such as credit/debit card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya Payments, Atome, BPI Direct Online Banking, BillEase. COD(cash on delivery) method is temporarily not supported.

All prices posted use Philippine Peso (PHP) as mode of currency and are inclusive of tax.

MICHAELA.COM.PH does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to Paymongo, our payment gateway providers.

Yes, MICHAELA do accept International orders however you must have a PHILIPPINE address registered. As much as we want to, we will not be able ship to international address for the mean time, but we will try to create a better experience for the international shoppers soon.
